Using The Mobile Technician application, services can monitor and direct the technicians that are on the field. The service, product and customer information is stored digitally, not on papers. Critical information such as spare part code, product barcode, and warranty can be checked.

Exploded pictures of the products can be stored in e-library module. A spare part can be selected from the picture with just one touch. Selected spare parts can be also added to an order. Various images, files and videos related to the product can also easily seen by the technician.
