ECA is very close to its customers after sales anywhere in Turkey
With the mobile application, customers of ECA products can easily access information about the ECA products that they have purchased. They can also make service calls for ECA products through the same application. So they do not waste their time dealing with call center and they can also follow up with notifications about the process.
With this application, specific customers (like the ones with products whose warranty is going to expire in a couple of months or who newly bought) are informed of campaigns and discounts related to themselves by notifications to their phones.
With this project, ECA aims to have less call center costs and increase after-sales revenues.
